Demolition and dismantling in Pula — smaller building and renovation work

We handle smaller building and renovation jobs: taking down partition walls, plasterboard and non-load-bearing walls, and stripping out old finishes and fittings before renovation. We do not carry out major demolition of load-bearing structures or work that requires special design and permits. A three-person team is on site, which speeds up the job and makes handling heavy debris safer.

4 steps to a finished job

Removing partition walls and plasterboard

We remove brick partition walls, plasterboard and aerated-concrete walls, plus smaller non-load-bearing walls during flat or holiday-rental renovations. Before demolition we check services in the wall and protect the surrounding rooms.

Removing tiles, laminate and parquet

Stripping out old wall and floor tiles, laminate, vinyl and parquet before the new covering. We work with minimum damage to the substrate so preparation for the new floor is faster.

Removing kitchens, bathroom fittings and furniture

Dismantling an old kitchen and removing built-in appliances, dismantling bathroom fittings (WC, basin, shower enclosure, bath), removing wardrobes, shelves and furniture before renovation.

What we do not do

We do not demolish load-bearing walls, chimneys or structures that require a design, structural calculation or special permits. For that kind of work we can point you to the right contractor.

Service area

We primarily cover Pula and the immediate surroundings (Medulin, Fažana, Vodnjan, Ližnjan, Štinjan, Premantura, Banjole). Through our network of tradespeople and vetted partners we also regularly reach Rovinj, Poreč and the rest of western, southern and central Istria — visits outside Pula are agreed in advance based on distance.
